About The Registration Form
Contestants have to register in the system before they are able to make an online application. Than the contestant has to define a username and password. But be careful, because you do not have the chance to change your username and password during the competition.
The usernames and passwords shall be determined on an ethical basis.
Select an easy username and password, so that you can remember them later. But do not type in ordered options, which can also be used by other contestants.
Your usernames can have 20 characters maximum and the characters of your passwords can vary between 6 and 8.
Fill in your personal information correctly without missing a part.
All information related with the competition and contestants shall be submitted through online applications (e-mail). Therefore, it is important to add you e-mail address on the application form.
Select the right application and competition category. You do not have the right to chance your category afterwards. The notifications about the competition category shall be submitted after the category selection process.
Do not forget to write your country/ city in your form. The applications are evaluated on the basis of your country and city.
The contestants, who are to make an application for this competition for the first time, have to give the required information about their schools. You have to write such information on the part that is dedicated to school information. Contestants, who are to apply from the same school, do not have to fill in the school information part. There occur options for your school name on the form. Choose one of them.
If required, all kinds of formal communication shall be carried out together with the involved school. Therefore, please write the proper name and address of your school.
Information about the advisor and teacher has to be correct. You do not have the right to arrange such information after your application process.

Confirm the small box that refers to the specifications form. This means that you have read it.
The on-line secretariat will direct the contestants in the on-line application process. The information and documents that are sent on-line by the contestants will be examined by the on-line competition secretariat. The missing items will be indicated in the profiles of the participants.
Those participants whose applications are accepted will be published in the profiles of the participants and the web site of the organization after all the reviews.
The contestants do not have the right to change their information after the end of the application process. Therefore, be careful when typing your information.
